At present, China has begun to distribute decentralized wind power projects in Henan, Hebei, Shanxi, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia, Hunan, Guizhou, Jiangsu and other places. Among them, Hebei plans to develop 4.3GW of distributed wind power in 2018-2020, Henan plans to build 2.1GW of distributed wind power in the 13th Five-Year Plan, and Shanxi plans to develop and build 987.3MW of distributed wind power in the 13th five-year Plan. Guangxi, Guizhou and other provinces have already made it clear that they will follow up the establishment of decentralized wind power construction plans.
