Industry insiders generally expect the actual construction scale to have the opportunity to be higher than 18.1GW this year. At present, there is no upper limit for integrated photovoltaic building projects or self-consumption projects, and the National Energy Administration will announce the scale of anti-poverty photovoltaic power stations later. Industry analysis previously suggested that by 2020, the total pv poverty alleviation of 15GW will be decomposed into 2-3GW per year. In view of the arduous and urgent poverty alleviation work, the total scale of photovoltaic poverty alleviation is expected to reach 5GW this year, exceeding previous expectations. This means that if the poverty alleviation target of PV is added, the installed capacity of PV in 2016 will reach more than 23GW, which is the same as that in 2015.
