I. Product introduction

Zn85-40.5 series indoor hV vacuum circuit breakers are indoor HV distribution units with three-phase AC 50HZ and rated voltage 40.5KV. Used with KYN61-40.5 switch cabinet, suitable for power plant, substation and other transmission and distribution system control and protection, can also be used for frequent operation of the site. Is the current 40.5KV voltage system ** type of power supply and distribution equipment. Products meet the requirements of GB1984 "AC high voltage circuit breaker".

       The circuit breaker adopts composite full insulation mode, which meets the insulation requirements under normal operating conditions, and effectively reduces the volume of the circuit breaker, and the overall layout is reasonable and beautiful, simple.

       The operating mechanism adopts the spring mechanism specially designed for this new type of circuit breaker, the output curve and the arcing chamber are all well matched, and its performance is more suitable for the characteristics and requirements of 40.5kV vacuum circuit breaker, with high reliability, long service life, convenient maintenance, and the mechanism is maintenation-free.

       The circuit breaker handcar adopts screw nut propulsion mechanism device, which can easily move handcar in switch cabinet. Form a complete set of mandatory mechanical locking, to meet the switch cabinet "five defense" functional requirements.

Second, the use environment
 

Ambient air temperature: upper limit +40℃, and the average measured within 24 hours does not exceed 35℃; Lower limit - 15 ℃.

Altitude: not more than 1000m above sea level.

Relative humidity: daily average does not exceed 95%, monthly average does not exceed 90%.

Water vapor pressure: daily average does not exceed 2.2kPa and monthly average does not exceed 1.8kPa.

The surrounding air is not visibly polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or combustible gases, vapors or salt mists.

The user can negotiate with the manufacturer to solve the problem when it is used in normal environment above GB/T11022-1999.
