FDMNS low-voltage withdrawable type power distribution cabinet is a standard module by the factory assembly of modular low-voltage switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear), the switch cabinet is suitable for use in ac 50 hz, rated voltage 660 v and below a variety of power supply distribution system, and used to generate electricity, power distribution, power conversion and control of power consumption equipment, widely used in substation, petroleum, chemical industry, coal and other industrial and mining enterprises distribution system.
 
FDMNS low-voltage drawer-type distribution cabinet conforms to IEC439, VDE660 Part 5 and national standard of GB7251.1 low-voltage Complete Switching Equipment and Control Equipment, and ZBK36001 professional standard of Low-voltage withdrawable Complete Switching Equipment.
 
FDMNS low-voltage drawer-type distribution cabinet has the following characteristics:

1、Compact design: more functional units can be accommodates in a smaller space. All standard components are selected to facilitate the design of engineering designers.
2、Structure versatility, flexible assembly: to 25 mm for module C profile can meet a variety of structural forms, grade of protection and the requirements of the use environment.
3、Standard module design: it can be composed of protection, operation, conversion, control, adjustment, measurement, instruction and other standard units. Users can choose to assemble according to their needs. More than 200 kinds of assembly parts can form two types of fixed and withdrawable cabinets of different schemes.
4、Safety: a large number of plastic materials with high strength and flame retardant engineering plastic components do not contain CFC or halogen, it has flame retardant and self-extinguishing characteristics, effectively enhance the protection and safety performance.
5、High technical performance: the main parameters reach the contemporary international technical level.
6、Compression site: the cabinet can be arranged back to back with high degree of trization, which can greatly compress the storage and transportation of prefabricated parts.
7、Easy assembly: no special tools are required. 

Service environment:

1、Height above sea level：≤2000m；
2、Ambient temperature: -25℃~+40℃, and its average temperature within 24h ≤+35℃; The lower limit of ambient air temperature is -25℃ in temperate regions and -50℃ in severe regions.
3、Atmospheric conditions: the air is clean, the relative humidity is not more than 50% at ** temperature of +40℃, and higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature, such as 90% at +20℃, but temperature changes should be taken into account, it is possible to occasionally produce moderate condensation;
4、Tilt not more than 5 degrees from the vertical plane;
5、Surrounding environment: The pollution level is 3, the intensity of the earthquake is less than 9;
6、If the user has special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer to solve.
7、When the device is suitable for use on offshore oil drilling platforms and nuclear power stations, a separate technical agreement shall be signed.
