In order to implement the emergency plan management system of the company, the organization and coordination ability under emergency situation should be tested through exercise; The company has decided to carry out the spring fire drill in the transformer workshop at 14:00 on April 11, 2019.

This exercise is determined as a comprehensive fire drill. In order to verify the effectiveness of the emergency response of the plan, the site will be divided into two parts:

The first stage: extinguish the initial fire and evacuate the later stage.
The second stage: fire fighting drill outside the south gate of the company.
 
The first stage of the exercise:

1. (The company security officer determines the "fire" position according to the actual situation of the workshop, and pays attention to the surrounding environment) When the staff finds that there is a small cluster open fire near the woodworking room, they immediately call the squad leader of their shift and rush to the scene to check the situation;

2. The squad leader of the class arrived at the scene and reported to the workshop director by telephone and explained the "fire scene" details 1;

3. The squad leader and nearby employees put out the fire together at the beginning of the fire;

The fire spread out of control quickly. The squad leader immediately organizes nearby personnel to evacuate and press the emergency evacuation alarm button to report the "fire scene" details 2 to the workshop director;

5. The workshop director requires to start the emergency plan and organize the evacuation, and then report the details of "fire scene" to the municipal fire department according to the description of the squad leader;

6. After hearing the alarm, employees of the workshop will evacuate from the workshop through a safe passage (through the small door of the workshop). The leading team members will guide the traffic at the door and ensure that all employees can evacuate safely. (Simulate that an employee is unable to move easily, and the team members will help him escape and call the roll at the emergency evacuation assembly point in the company);

7. Employees evacuated from the workshop shall gather at the emergency evacuation assembly point under the guidance of the drill team members, and each squad leader shall count the number of employees and report to the workshop director. The workshop director shall report the evacuation of security officers;

 
The second stage exercise plan:

1. Personnel who have not used fire extinguishers file to the field outside the south gate of the company;

2. After the company's safety officer gives a brief explanation on the use of fire extinguishers, the waste paper placed in the iron bucket and a small amount of chemicals poured on the veil will be ignited;

3. Employees shall conduct fire extinguisher exercise in turn. Enable employees to master the use of fire extinguishers;

During the drill, the emergency rescue team has a clear division of responsibilities, and their cooperation and coordination are basically in place. The drill can be carried out according to the emergency rescue procedures, achieving the expected results.
Through the emergency rescue drill, the confidence and awareness of the emergency rescue after the actual occurrence of the event were further improved, as well as the proficiency and technical level of the emergency rescue personnel in the implementation of the plan. Meanwhile, the overall emergency response ability of the emergency rescue team was reflected and the expected target of the drill was achieved.
