The photovoltaic industry is gradually emerging from the shadow of the past and moving higher. What will be the investment opportunities and hot spots in the photovoltaic circle in 2016? Where are the trends?
Photovoltaic (pv) of poverty alleviation
The year 2016 is the first year of the 13th Five-Year Plan. One of the most important tasks of the 13th Five-Year Plan is to completely solve the problem of poverty, which has been emphasized many times by senior leaders at the end of 2015. As an innovative application mode of targeted poverty alleviation, photovoltaic poverty alleviation will also usher in rapid development during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. It is pointed out in the "National Solar Energy 13th Five-Year Plan solicitation draft" that during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the total scale of photovoltaic poverty alleviation project is 15GW. The annual construction scale is about 3GW, accounting for 20% of the annual installed capacity of photovoltaic power generation and 10% of the national photovoltaic cell production. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, China will comprehensively carry out the photovoltaic poverty alleviation project in the state-level poverty-stricken counties with more than 1,000 solar energy utilization hours per year, covering about 3 million impoverished households with no labor capacity that have been registered, bringing at least 3,000 yuan of cash income per household every year. We will accelerate the implementation of photovoltaic poverty-alleviation projects in eligible poverty-stricken areas and strive to cover poverty-stricken households. It is reported that the scale of distributed poverty alleviation has reached 5GW. At an average of 3KW per household, 1.66 million distributed roof projects will be realized.
According to the plan, the scale of photovoltaic poverty alleviation this year is about 3GW. It covers all state-level poverty-stricken counties except sichuan Basin.
Roof distribution
In the future, photovoltaic systems will be distributed, intelligent and terminal, which has been reflected in various national policies this year.
First of all, land use policies have been tightened repeatedly, benchmark on-grid electricity prices have plunged significantly, and the good days of surface photovoltaic power stations have passed. Secondly, the national large-scale implementation of poverty alleviation photovoltaic, many places issued policies require a certain scale of large enterprises roof
