The fifth China-eu Energy Dialogue was held in Brussels, Belgium on Tuesday. Liu Tienan, deputy Director of the National Development and Reform Commission and Director of the National Energy Administration co-chaired the meeting with Eu Energy Commissioner Gunter Oettinger. To implement the important consensus reached at the China-Eu Summit, the China-Eu Energy Dialogue has been successfully held for the fourth time. China has conducted a number of practical cooperation with France in nuclear power, photovoltaic power generation with Germany, wind power with Denmark and oil exploration and development with the UK. China has become one of the most important markets for a group of world-renowned European energy companies such as Siemens, Vestas, Areva and ABB.
